Alina Guna

Alina did her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of Toronto, her PhD with Ramanujan Hegde at the MRC LMB in the UK, and her post doc with both Jonathan Weissman at UCSF/MIT and Rebecca Voorhees at Caltech. Other than biology, Alina loves playing squash, hiking with her German Shepherd, and reading novels.

Ananya Singh

Ananya is from the Bay Area and received her BS in Molecular Biology from the University of San Francisco. As an undergrad, she researched oncogenic Protein Kinase A activity in Fibrolamellar Carcinoma, a rare liver cancer. Outside of lab, she enjoys going to the gym, running and hiking, and finding new coffee shops around the city.
